Previous Estate Agency Sales Negotiator experience useful; however, those with some sales experience considered.
Key responsibilities for the Sales Negotiator include:
- Conduct viewing appointments
- Generate new business by canvassing and chasing leads
- Follow up leads over the telephone and face-to-face
- Sending out details of new properties on the market
- Deal with enquiries over the telephone, online and face to face
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
The ideal Sales Negotiator will need:
- Be available to work every Saturday (4 Saturdays off a year)
- To be well-presented with confident verbal/written communication skills
- Have some previous office experience and confident computer skills
- Thrive on consistently providing exceptional client service
- Be highly self-motivated, flexible and sales driven
- A full UK driving licence essential (business mileage paid)
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area
Hours: 9am-4pm Saturdays only
