ESTIMATOR/SURVEYOR***\\nWe're on the lookout for a professional, proactive Estimator/Surveyor to join a specialist team in London, working on construction related installation projects.\\nIf you've got an eye for detail, a head for numbers, and a love liaising with fitout contractors, Project Managers and Design Managers to ensure that projects come to life from bid to handover, this could be the role for you!\\nSalary c.£35K depending on experience + benefits \\nAs a Estimator/Surveyor your main responsibilities will include,\\n\\nPreparing estimates for the supply and installation projects\\nLiaising with main contractors and fit-out specialists\\nIdentifying costs, risks, and margins to help secure and deliver profitable projects\\nSupporting project handovers, monthly applications, variations, and final accounts\\nCollaborating with Sales, Design, and Project teams to keep everything on trackAs a Estimator/Surveyor you will need the following,\\n\\nEstimating or surveying experience in construction, ideally within interior fit-out \\nConfident working with drawings and electronic take-offs (BlueBeam, OST)\\nStrong Excel and CRM skills (Hubspot preferred)\\nWell-organised, commercially aware, and a great communicatorNote this is an office-based role where you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team.\\nHours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
