We are working with a globally recognised catering and hospitality leader at one of London's newest and most iconic destinations.
We're looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a new stylish and busy brasserie. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food and wants to work in a professional, fast-paced kitchen environment.
The Role
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Working across your designated section and supporting the wider kitchen team
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Supporting junior chefs and working closely with the senior kitchen team
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to progress
- Experience within a quality restaurant, brasserie or similar environment
- Passionate about food and high standards
- Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
- A positive team player with a genuine desire to develop
