The Role
Working predominantly from the office, you'll support customers with their hosted VoIP systems, handling inbound calls, resolving technical queries and guiding users through their telephony issues. You'll be part of a friendly, customer-focused technical team, with occasional visits to customer sites when required therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for hosted VoIP and telephony systems
- Handling customer calls and enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Troubleshooting connectivity and networking issues
- Diagnosing and resolving telephony faults
- Supporting customers remotely and occasionally on-site
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
Essential experience:
- Previous experience working with Hosted VoIP systems is a must-have
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Confidence speaking directly with customers and handling technical queries
- A willingness to travel to customer sites when required
- A full UK driving licence
Desirable experience:
- 3CX (preferable)
- Yeastar (preferable)
- Bicom Systems
- Other hosted VoIP platforms
