We are working with a growing technology provider in the cybersecurity, IT and connectivity space that is looking to add a Field Network & Cybersecurity Engineer to their team. Salary c. £35-50K depending on experience.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Field Network & Cybersecurity Engineer who enjoys variety - combining on-site client work, remote onboarding, and cutting-edge security and networking technologies.
Key responsibilities include:- Installing and configuring Fortinet firewalls, routers and switches
- Deploying and supporting Kaseya 365 solutions including Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Delivering on-site installations, onboarding and training for clients
- Running remote onboarding sessions via Microsoft Teams
- Translating technical solutions into clear guidance for non-technical users
- Working flexibly between field-based visits and remote support
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Exposure to networking and cybersecurity technologies
- Certifications such as Fortinet or Microsoft are highly desirable (or willingness to work towards them)
- Strong verbal/written communication and client-facing skills
- A problem-solver who enjoys variety and working in different environments
- Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
