ADMINISTRATOR*** An immediate opening for an experienced and flexible Team Administrator to provide administrative support to 3 departments as required. Previous shipping or logistics experience preferred. Note this is a full-time office-based temp to perm position. Salary £26-28K Key responsibilities for the Team Administrator include, Liaise and assist with vessel logistics, including suppliers of food and consumables Ordering provisions and supplies for the vessels Making travel arrangements for marine crew including flights, taxis, hotels Raising POs and ordering requisitions / supplies when required Assisting with arrangements for port calls, deliveries from agents, bunkers / provision orders Organising logistics and shipping of equipment and spares Ensuring documentation is up to date and being filled out correctly Organising logistics and shipping of equipment and spares Raising Shipping Invoices & Packing List for all equipment leaving the building or vessel\’s General administration including managing in-coming calls, meeting and greeting visitors Organising passport applications, vaccinations/visa/medical travel requirements for personnel Transcribe Minutes from Weekly Management Meeting and distribute after approval Additional administrative duties as requiredThe ideal Team Administrator will need, Professional verbal/written communication skills required Full knowledge of MS Office needed Previous administration experience essential, ideally shipping or logistics related High levels of organisation and accuracy essential along with a methodical approach This role would suit a well organised, resourceful, flexible and adaptable Administrator who has the ability to carry out multiple tasks with easeHours Mon – Thurs 9am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch) or 9am-5pm (30 min lunch) Fri 8am-4pm Note that this is a temp-perm vacancy
