We’re working with a top London-based creative agency on an exciting immersive installation project and we’re looking for a freelance Unreal Engine 5 Developer to join the team for up to 8 weeks. You’ll help bring a multi-sensory, interactive experience to life using real-time visuals and spatial design in UE5. Think experiential, beautifully crafted, and technically ambitious.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help bring a multi-sensory, interactive experience to life using real-time visuals and spatial design in UE5.

Required Skills

  • Expert in Unreal Engine 5, Blueprints/C++ and real-time rendering.
  • Proficiency with interactive environments, middleware architecture, and abstraction.
  • Experience with middleware systems and communication protocols (WebSocket, HTTP).
  • Skill in routing Unreal logs, health data, and analytics to external systems.
  • Familiarity with Docker containers, CLI tools, and scripting.
  • Ability to build Unreal-side logic that decouples from hardware via simulated inputs.
  • Comfort with CI systems.
