Profiles Creative is tasked to find a talented, permanent, full-time Social-First Art Director to join a fast-moving creative team in Surrey (hybrid).
As a Social-First Art Director, you will be the creative spark plug of a nimble, collaborative team. Supported directly by the Creative Director, you will work across the entire lifecycle of a project—from the very first spark of an idea to final, polished delivery. This is a role for a conceptual thinker who is also a hands-on maker, passionate about pushing campaigns into the spaces where modern audiences actually spend their time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept & Create: Translate client briefs into sharp, compelling creative territories and highly executable campaign ideas across social, digital, and film.
- Lead Visual Storytelling: Work hands-on to bring your concepts to life through engaging treatments, scripts, storyboards, and top-tier social content.
- Collaborate & Deliver: Work side-by-side with internal production and design teams to guide projects seamlessly from initial brainstorms through feedback rounds to final delivery.
- Build Client Partnerships: Act as a trusted, collaborative creative partner to our client-colleagues, presenting your ideas with clarity and enthusiasm.
Required Skills & Experience:
