Profiles Creative are hiring for a creative studio that specialise in content production in the entertainment industry. We're looking to hire an Operations Manager to support the Operations Director in driving productivity efficiency and resource allocation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, working closely with producers and HoDs.
- Ensure seamless communication between departments, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
- Oversee the Graphics and Finishing teams’ schedules, helping to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain and uphold operational processes, workflows, and security policies across the business.
- Keep our project database accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage the holiday calendar — liaising with HoDs and ensuring cover is in place as needed.
- Own the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions in and out of the business.
- Support the Director of Operations with infrastructure, IT, and HR projects.
- Manage desk space and remote working setups, ensuring security compliance.
- Take pride in maintaining a welcoming, inspiring workspace and managing supplier relationships.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and cross-timezone scheduling.
- Work closely with company Co-Founders to align agendas, meetings, and ensure key communications are shared across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in an operations or studio/project management role within a creative or agency environment.
- Proven resource planning and process management skills.
- Calm, solutions-focused mindset — especially when things get busy.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com).
- Familiarity with Avid and After Effects is a bonus (but not essential).
- Passion for fostering a positive team culture and smooth-running creative processes.
