Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join an innovation and acceleration agency, that partners with bold, disruptive startups and innovative scale-ups!
It’s a business that operates in a really innovative way – not just delivering services but also embedding themselves in teams, to help them solve critical challenges in brand, growth, product and innovation.
Whether itʼs refining messaging, launching new ventures, or scaling impact-driven businesses, we work alongside founders, investors and innovation leaders to accelerate real results.
Now, they are looking for someone to sit at the intersection of strategy, execution and relationships, ensuring they continue to deliver high-impact, transformational results for their partners.
About the role
Your role is to be the constant in the equation — the strategic bridge between the Agency, their Consultants (strategic partners), and clients.
Youʼll manage resource allocation, strategic execution and client success, ensuring that every project stays aligned with business objectives and delivers real impact. You will also be responsible for overseeing and running marketing projects, advising clients, and devising the best strategies to achieve their goals.
This role blends marketing strategy, execution and client development, working closely with the Client Success Director, Strategic Partners, and Delivery Partner Network to ensure that every project delivers measurable, business-driven results.
Beyond execution, youʼll act as a key relationship owner, ensuring clients see measurable success, guiding them towards strategic growth and fostering long-term partnerships.
About You:
● 4 years experience in account / project management, ideally within a marketing or innovation agency.
● A strategic mindset, able to translate business challenges into structured marketing plans and oversee their execution.
● Developing detailed project plans, defining scopes and setting milestones.
● Understanding client needs and objectives, translating them into actionable project briefs and
contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
● Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, able to work with C-suite executives and founders with confidence.
● Experience in managing external consultants or a distributed team.
● A proactive approach, able to identify opportunities, problem-solve and drive additional value.
● The ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring both strategy and delivery are aligned.
