Social Mid-Weight Designer
Profiles Creative is partnering with a social-first design agency that creates cutting-edge digital content for some of the world’s most exciting brands. Specializing in social, digital, motion, and branded content, this global studio brings creative thinking to execution—producing impactful assets that drive engagement across all platforms.
Summary:
We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Designer with a strong creative eye and exceptional design skills to craft dynamic and compelling content for high-profile brands. You’ll be responsible for producing visually striking assets across digital, social, and motion—combining typography, composition, and messaging hierarchy to create work that stands out.
This role requires a conceptual mindset and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic execution. You’ll collaborate with senior creatives, bring fresh ideas to the table, and refine your skills through continuous learning and industry awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and strategically aligned creative work tailored for social and digital platforms.
- Manage projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Apply critical thinking and a solutions-driven approach to elevate creative output.
- Work closely with Creative Leads and Directors to maintain high creative standards.
- Balance multiple projects across various brands while delivering high-quality, platform-specific content.
- Embrace feedback and implement revisions efficiently to ensure final outputs align with client expectations.
- Stay updated on social trends, digital innovations, and industry shifts, proactively enhancing your skill set.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of industry experience in an agency or in-house for a commercial brand.
- Strong digital and social-first design experience + Figma experience
- Ability to generate innovative concepts and execute them effectively.
- Skilled in motion design, particularly for social media and digital brand advertising.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong ability to source and utilize stock images effectively across different brands.
- Experience in retouching and composite artwork creation.
- Confident in navigating working files and re-editing/reformatting video content.
- A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative studio.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
