Profiles Creative are partnering with one of London's leading social-first agencies, renowned for creating award-winning content, influencer campaigns and social strategies for some of the world's most recognised travel, lifestyle and consumer brands. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team and help drive the success of a major cruise brand, while also supporting a wider portfolio of exciting client accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how to create engaging content across multiple platforms, and enjoys building strong client relationships.
You'll work closely with the wider creative and social teams to develop campaigns, manage content calendars, deliver performance insights, and identify opportunities for audience growth. The role would suit someone with experience working in a social-first agency environment. Previous experience within the travel sector would be highly advantageous, although we're also keen to hear from candidates with experience across lifestyle, leisure, hospitality or consumer brands. Due to the nature of the account, you'll need to be happy travelling both within the UK and internationally when required, attending shoots, creating content and supporting campaign delivery on location.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow social media activity across key client accounts
- Develop and oversee content strategies and editorial calendars
- Work closely with clients, influencers and external partners
- Deliver both organic and paid social campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Attend shoots and create social-first content
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities
- Assist with new business pitches and agency growth initiatives
- Experience as a Social Media Manager, Senior Social Media Executive or similar
- Previous agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and X
- Experience managing content, campaigns and client relationships
- Travel sector experience would be highly desirable
- Comfortable travelling when required
- Passionate about social media, content and digital culture
