The Role
They’re looking for a Midweight Designer to sit within the creative team, focused on delivering high-quality digital assets across all key growth channels.
This role will cover:
- Meta, Amazon, TikTok and email creative
- Website and ecommerce design
- Motion, video and static asset creation
- Supporting wider campaigns and brand projects
It’s a fast-paced, high-output environment where creative needs to be both on-brand and performance-driven. There’s also a strong focus on building AI-powered workflows to scale content production.
The Person
This role suits someone who thrives in digital-first environments and understands how creative drives results.
- Experience in DTC, ecommerce or high-growth brands
- Strong across static, motion and video
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple briefs
- Experience (or strong interest) in AI tools for creative production
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand
