The brand has experienced phenomenal global growth in the past few years and is seeking a dynamic Marketplace Channel Manager to help take its D2C marketplace business to the next level.
You’re commercially sharp, technically confident, and quietly obsessed with getting things right. You love making complex systems work beautifully behind the scenes and you understand that great marketplaces aren’t just about listings and data; they’re about brand, consistency and performance. You’re the kind of person who enjoys untangling feeds, fixing errors, and building smarter ways of working. You think strategically, act decisively, and take real pride in how the brands show up everywhere customers shop, from Amazon to Faire to major department stores.
Salary: up to £55k
Location: London/Hybrid
The Role:
- Own the day-to-day performance of Amazon (UK, US and Europe).
- Manage Amazon agencies, holding them accountable for ROAS, PPC and content quality.
- Optimise listings, imagery and A+ content for conversion and search.
- Monitor inventory health, FBA shipments and stock flow.
- Manage B2B marketplaces across all territories.
- Oversee EDI and dropship integrations with key retailers.
- Extract raw data from our ERP and manipulate it externally to meet platform requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve any stock errors and issues.
- Build efficient bulk-upload and editing processes to replace manual work.
- Lead the setup of new marketplaces as the brands expand globally.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Digital Ops on wider strategy & delivery.
The Person:
- Ideally at least 3+ years managing marketplaces (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central essential).
- Experience with B2B platforms such as Faire or Ankorstore.
- Experience with retailer EDI or dropship integrations (e.g. Nordstrom, Macy’s, John Lewis).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, CSV handling).
- Strong understanding of product feeds (CSV, XML, APIs) and data mapping.
- Comfortable navigating ERP systems to extract and validate data.
- Confident managing agencies and translating performance reports into action.
- Clear communicator who can explain technical issues simply and calmly.
- Comfortable producing weekly trade updates and monthly performance insights.
