This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing studio that creates immersive B2B brand experiences, from custom exhibition booths and event environments to large-scale conferences and live activations. Their work seamlessly blends design, content, and technology to craft memorable spaces that connect brands with business audiences in powerful, engaging ways.
We’re looking for creative, detail-focused designers with strong spatial awareness and a passion for bringing ideas to life — people who can balance creativity, functionality, and technical precision to deliver stand-out brand experiences.
The Role
- Design and develop 3D B2B exhibition booths, event spaces, and branded environments from concept through to delivery.
- Produce high-quality 3D visuals, renders, and presentations for pitches and client reviews.
- Translate client briefs and brand objectives into impactful, engaging spatial experiences.
- Collaborate with project managers, producers, and build partners to ensure creative accuracy and technical feasibility.
- Create technical drawings, floor plans, and build packs for production and installation.
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative design approaches across live events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Stay up to date with materials, finishes, and sustainable design trends in booth and event production.
The Person
- Solid experience in 3D design for B2B exhibitions, booths, events, or experiential environments (agency experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or Vectorworks, plus Adobe Creative Suite (Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, or VR/AR tools are a benefit!).
- Excellent understanding of spatial layout, visitor flow, and B2B brand storytelling.
- Confident presenting creative ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for innovation and design excellence.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and fabrication processes.
- Technical ability is a bonus, particularly experience preparing production drawings or collaborating with fabrication teams.
