My client is a growing and thriving global outdoor lifestyle fashion accessories brand. We’re looking for a commercial, data-driven Shopify E-Commerce Manager to lead day-to-day trading and performance across 2 fast-growth D2C websites (UK & US). Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll own the site experience from homepage to checkout - optimising for conversion, AOV and engagement.
The Role
- Own daily and weekly site trading across UK and US sites, ensuring strong alignment to product, marketing, and promotional calendars.
- Manage on-site merchandising and collection updates using Shopify and Shopify apps.
- Monitor product performance and optimise layouts, cross-sells, up-sells and promotional placements to drive AOV and conversions.
- Work with the Merchandising Manager to forecast key activations, sales and promotions.
- Run A/B tests on key journeys (homepage, PDP, cart, checkout).
- Collaborate with Design and our outsourced Dev teams to brief and implement site enhancements.
- Work with our SEO agency and Digital Marketing Manager to optimise the sites for on-site search.
- Own Shopify CMS for both brand sites.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to plan, execute, and QA all on-site promotions, launches, and seasonal events.
- Work closely with our Analytics and Reporting Partner (Omnicommerce) to focus on actionable insight rather than building reports.
- Analyse customer journeys, heatmaps, and search behaviour to feed back into the digital strategy.
The Person
- Ideally 3+ years in a similar E-Commerce role, ideally within a consumer goods, lifestyle, or fashion brand.
- Solid hands-on experience with Shopify (essential), including Shopify apps, theme editing (basic), and discount management.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience owning trading calendars and promotional execution.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo, and Excel/Google Sheets. Omnicommerce would be a bonus!
- Fast-paced and agile.
- Great attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple updates at once.
- Some knowledge of working with Amazon.
