Profiles Creative are working with a growing creative agency based in Oxford who are looking to bring on board a Senior Digital Creative to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digitally‑led creative who thrives across branding, campaigns and digital experiences, and wants to play a key role in shaping the creative output of a fast‑growing agency. The agency works across a wide mix of international and SME clients, delivering everything from brand campaigns and digital content through to scalable digital experiences and motion‑led creative.

Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll have real influence across both concept and execution.

The Role
  • Leading digital creative across brand and campaign projects
  • Working across multiple digital touchpoints including social, web, motion and campaign rollout
  • Collaborating closely with strategy, marketing and development teams
  • Building and maintaining scalable design systems within Figma
  • Bringing fresh thinking and digital‑first ideas to campaigns
  • Confidently presenting ideas internally and to clients
  • Exploring AI and emerging creative tools to help elevate output and workflow
What They’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience within an agency environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent Figma skills including components, variables and design systems
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Motion and video experience would be highly beneficial
  • Someone who understands both creative ideas and how they translate digitally
  • A collaborative, proactive and ideas‑led personality
