We are looking for a passionate Senior Digital Marketing Manager for a 9-12 month maternity cover with a globally renowned heritage brand in the luxury UHNW space. You will manage a team of 3-4 and take day to day leadership responsibility for all digital marketing (earned, owned & paid) and social media channels. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be joining a large and well-established Marketing function working across global markets and campaigns. This role is hybrid – London HQ. Start September 2025 (9-12 month full-time contract).
The Role
- Lead and promote digital transformation and a digital culture across the organisation.
- Line manage, and coach the digital team and all external digital agencies to deliver on digital development projects, such as website development, PPC advertising, Paid Social, broader digital marketing, and digital support across the business.
- Manage the digital budget and prepare regular management reports on progress.
- Drive best in class Social Media marketing through social innovation and content creation for the social channels (organic & paid).
- Deploy customer data strategy alongside the wider CRM team.
- Drive longer-term digital brand transformation through strong collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Optimise consumer journey strategy and audiences to deliver optimal and connected communication and messaging.
The Person
- Ideally at least 5+ years of experience working in "luxury" Digital Marketing roles.
- Experience in luxury/retail/travel background highly advantageous.
- Solid team management experience.
- Experience managing CRM strategy.
- Experience creating and implementing social media strategy (organic & Paid).
- Experience in managing external agencies to devise strategies and deliver results.
- Experience of budget management.
- Solid understanding of the various tools of performance marketing and analytics and how to leverage these to deliver quality site traffic and deliver sales.
