Client Partner (SAM) - 6 month FTC - Β£55,000 - Hybrid - Agency Experience

Profiles Creative is working with a dynamic creative agency that reignites brands. We are looking to find an outstanding Client Partner (July Start) to lead and elevate key client relationships across lifestyle, fashion, sport, and outdoor brands on a global scale. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic consultant, brand advocate, and trusted advisor – overseeing the full client journey from onboarding to long-term partnership development. You will ensure top-tier service and deliver tangible value every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships at all levels, fostering open dialogue and trust.
  • Act as a brand champion for clients, anticipating needs and managing expectations with transparency and care.
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between creatives, strategists, producers, and stakeholders.
  • Scope and manage projects to deliver exceptional work – on time, on budget, and always aligned with creative and strategic excellence.
  • Ensure teams are operating efficiently and effectively, identifying strengths and proactively addressing any issues.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 6–8 years’ experience in client partnerships, account management, or a related advertising role.
  • A proven track record of success managing high-profile clients and senior stakeholders across lifestyle, fashion, sports, and outdoor sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills – with a confident and engaging style.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of creative and production processes, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Open-minded, solutions-oriented, and confident suggesting ways to improve workflows and client experience.
