Profiles Creative are hiring for a youth-culture focused experiential agency in London, hiring a Senior Account Manager on a 3 month FTC, from July to the end of October. The role will be working with big brands in the Food and Tech industries. We’re looking for an individual that has experience with touring roadshow experiences, production and logistics, from an experiential perspective.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Be the Client Hero – You’ll be the trusted go-to, building rock-solid relationships and owning the account inside and out.
  • Cross-Channel Pro – Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
  • Quality Gatekeeper – Nothing leaves the building without your sign-off. You’re the last word on polish and professionalism.
  • Creative Collaborator – Partner with creatives, strategists, and producers to shape ideas that wow.
  • Detail Obsessed – From timelines to tone of voice, you’ll uphold our high standards across every touchpoint.
  • Budget Boss – Own the numbers: estimates, reconciliations, and invoicing, all wrapped up with precision.

About You:

  • Experienced Operator – 3+ years in Account Management at a creative, experiential, or marketing agency? You’re already speaking our language.
  • Events & Experience Savvy – You know your way around brand activations, logistics, and production.
  • Master Communicator – Sharp, clear, and confident—across emails, meetings, and presentations.
  • Juggler Extraordinaire – Multiple projects, shifting priorities, varied stakeholders? You make it look easy.
