With exciting international growth plans, this is the perfect opportunity to join as a strategic client partner and play an influential role in attracting, retaining, and growing one or a portfolio of clients. If you thrive in driving innovative and progressive brand experience solutions - this is the role for you. You will be stepping into an agency with an ethos that is built on creativity, consumer insight and pursuit of emerging trends and technologies. You’ll join a mission to craft stories, shape spaces and create fans. This agency are proud to do this for a host of blue-chip and niche brands including Jaguar Land Rover, World Rugby, Porsche, eBay, Honda, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Bridgestone, La Española, to name only a few.

The Role

  • Leadership of an agency team and portfolio of clients
  • Responsibility for the strength of client relationship(s)
  • Responsible for driving successful implementation of multiple projects within one or across various client groups
  • Seeks to personally grow client and industry networks
  • Leads client development plans and strategies that deliver on client / agency targets
  • Ensures client feedback and reviews occur and inform future ways of working
  • Proficient in crafting a clear activation strategy and the skill sets required to deliver
  • Defines expectations for ‘best-in-class’ client service across the team
  • Externally is the client lead, ensuring excellence in client servicing
  • Internally provides project oversight and direction
  • Identifies organic growth opportunities with existing clients and converts them into agency briefs
  • Plays a significant role in pitches, building rapport and trust with clients, and recognised for expertise

Finance / Commercial

  • Takes a lead in defining the commercial terms with clients, producing SoW, rate cards and budget templates
  • Approves project budgets for client campaigns
  • Can advise how to better improve GP without compromising on client ROIs
  • Drives commercial understanding and financial process throughout the client service team

  • Seen as an expert within brand experience, able to interpret and challenge client briefs to present integrated brand experience solutions
