  • Hero Moment Design: Ideate and develop the "Hero" features of each space, including bespoke architectural gestures, interactive installations, and focal sculptures.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead the design narrative across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring aesthetic consistency while meeting tight production deadlines.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with internal strategists and external suppliers to ensure the creative vision is preserved from the initial sketch to the final build.
  • On-Site Delivery: Travel occasionally to oversee the physical realisation of your designs, ensuring flawless execution on-site both within the UK and internationally.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Expert Spatial Design: 5+ years of professional experience in spatial design, exhibition design, interior design, or architecture, with a portfolio showcasing extraordinary concepts and spatial storytelling.

  • Communication & Presence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch design narratives to high-profile stakeholders.
  • Right to Work: Candidates must possess the permanent legal right to work in the United Kingdom, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Experience utilizing AI tools to streamline design workflows, enhance client presentations, and accelerate creative output.
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks for producing detailed technical drawings and construction layouts.
  • Strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling written design pitches and spatial narratives.
