This role will involve setting the vision for the organisation’s use of CRM & Salesforce data, through data design, to meet business needs - with a key focus on owning and developing their Salesforce platform. The CRM Admin/Solutions Specialist will need to be comfortable working with partial or assumed information, high levels of change and often fluid requirements. The mix of good technical skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple senior level stakeholders are crucial to the job.
The Role
- Salesforce ownership across the business - Data/Admin/Development - working closely with the Salesforce dev. agency.
- Design data solutions that support long term development of the business.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and direction for the company.
- Build effective relationships with senior members of staff to push the data agenda.
- Help to maintain the integrity and security of the company’s data.
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors.
The Person
- Ideally at least 3-4 years working in a similar Data led CRM role (in-house or agency) - Must have solid Salesforce experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power BI reporting and an understanding of the Dataverse structure are beneficial.
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically but not limited to Excel, Word, SharePoint & Teams.
- A highly motivated and passionate data professional who can work collaboratively across various disciplines, business units, and architecture domains to support project and product change initiatives.
- Passionate about driving innovation, provide thought leadership, hunger for learning and critical thinking skills to find innovative data solutions.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business problems.
