Creative Resource Manager .

Working across client services, creative, studio, events, and performance teams, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are resourced effectively, timelines stay on track, and teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workloads, schedules, and resource allocation across internal teams and freelance contractors.
  • Maintain visibility across all live and upcoming projects, ensuring delivery milestones are on track.
  • Coordinate bookings for freelancers, suppliers, and talent on a global scale.
  • Support project delivery to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and production partners.
  • Produce regular reports on resource utilisation and team capacity.
  • Assist with managing incoming requests, project timelines, and changing priorities.
  • Liaise with clients on schedules, timelines, and feedback where required.
  • Understand individual team strengths and availability to resource projects effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and agency workflows.

About You

We\'re looking for someone who brings

  • Previous experience in a resource management, resource coordination, operations, or agency administration role.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving agency environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
