A dynamic and innovative independent event management company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Project Manager to join their passionate team. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and flawless execution, they specialise in delivering immersive events, press junkets, activations, product launches and roadshows for brands from the beauty, fashion and lifestyle sectors. This role is based in London on a hybrid basis - 2 days in the office.

Position Overview

As an Event Producer/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and delivering highly creative, immersive events that captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression. Based in West London, you will work closely with tech giants and household-name corporate clients, ensuring the seamless execution of events that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of events from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Work closely with tech giants and corporate blue-chip clients, understanding their unique needs and translating them into immersive event experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop and refine event concepts that align with client objectives and showcase innovation.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Responsible for financial aspects, including budget creation, monitoring, and reconciliation to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.
  • Lead and inspire a cross‑functional team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event production/event management working for clients with a PR or Events agency.
  • Strong portfolio of successful events delivered for beauty, fashion or lifestyle clients.
  • Experience mentoring or managing a junior, such as an Account Exec or Project Coordinator.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
