Producer – Temp to Perm – Day Rate Flexible DOE – (Circa £45k Perm) – Leeds – On site

Profiles Creative is hiring on behalf of a dynamic brand design agency looking for a creatively sharp Producer that is campaign focused, with experience in photography, social, digital and print projects, end to end. From ecom product shoots to large-scale campaign productions, this is your chance to own the entire process – from concept through to post. If you're the kind of person who thrives on making magic happen behind the scenes, keeping the plates spinning while still nailing the creative aspects, this role is for you. This is a temporary role, with the view of going permanent, within 3 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and delivering high-end studio and location shoots
• Managing timelines, budgets, crews, and kit
• Collaborating with senior creatives and stakeholders
• Driving the growth of an ambitious, evolving content studio
• Solving problems like a pro, staying cool under pressure

What You Bring

• Solid experience in a content, product and branding agency
• Confidence producing both ecom and campaign imagery
• Sharp organisational skills and commercial acumen
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Laser-focused attention to detail and a proactive mindset

This role would suit a freelancer, looking for more of a permanent prospect and stability, or an individual that is immediately available as this is an ASAP start.
