D2C Wellness Brand East Sussex (Office Based) £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Are you a performance-focused designer who loves creating high-performing paid social content?

We're partnering with a fast-growing D2C wellness brand to find a Performance Graphic Designer to join their growing creative team and play a key role in developing paid social creative across Meta and, in the near future, Tik Tok.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious in-house team where you'll combine strong design skills with performance thinking, creating high-volume creative that is built to be tested, optimised and scaled.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Performance Creative Strategist and wider creative team to turn performance briefs into compelling static and motion assets that drive results.

  • Design static, carousel, story and motion assets for paid social.
  • Develop creative variants across formats, hooks, offers and audiences as part of structured testing plans.
  • Use performance data to understand what is working and inform the next round of creative.
  • Work closely with the Performance Creative Strategist and Social Video Editor to develop and iterate creative.
  • Create and maintain templates, master files and component libraries to support high-volume production.
  • Stay on top of Meta trends and emerging creative formats to continually improve performance.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience designing paid social creative at volume, either in-house or agency side.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, with After Effects and Figma experience.
  • Strong understanding of what makes creative perform on Meta, including hooks, hierarchy and branding.
  • Comfortable working to a testing plan and producing structured creative variants.
  • Experience within a D2C, wellness, beauty, supplements or food & drink brand would be advantageous.
  • Curious about using AI tools to enhance creative production and work at pace without compromising quality.
