Profiles Creative are currently working with a leading social-first creative agency who are looking to add a talented Mid-Weight Social Designer to their growing creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly creative and culturally aware designer with a strong background in video editing and motion graphics to join an ambitious agency producing standout social content across a roster of paid and organic clients.
The role will focus on creating platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and wider social channels, working across everything from fast-turnaround reactive content through to polished campaign assets. The agency is looking for someone with a true social-first mindset who understands how to create engaging creative that not only looks visually strong but also performs across both engagement-led organic campaigns and conversion-focused paid media activity.
The ideal candidate will come from a social-first agency background and already have experience working within a fast-paced creative environment, managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality content at speed. They will be confident working across a variety of brands and understand the pace, agility and collaborative nature required within a modern social agency.
Strong skills across Premiere Pro, After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite are essential, alongside the ability to move fluidly between motion, video editing and static design work.
