Profiles Creative is looking for a versatile and ambitious designer based in the United Kingdom to join the creative team working on an exciting retailer. This is a dynamic, hands-on role tailored for a designer who thrives across multiple disciplines. Stepping beyond standard design briefs, you will take ownership of elevated creative work spanning campaigns, digital channels, retail spaces, and photoshoots, offering an exceptional platform to accelerate your skills in art direction, concept development, and multi-channel brand evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Touchpoint Brand Design: Develop elevated, commercially focused designs across print, digital, social, retail windows, out-of-home (OOH), and seasonal campaign toolkits that evolve the visual identity.
  • Concepting & Storytelling: Create compelling mood boards, visual ideas, and presentations for new watch and jewellery launches, translating core concepts into cohesive cross-channel executions.
  • Dynamic Content Creation: Produce social-first assets combining graphic design, motion, GIFs, video editing, and modern AI creative tools to engage modern audiences.
  • Shoot Support & Art Direction: Support the concepting, planning, and art direction of still-life and model photoshoots, taking on greater creative ownership as you develop in the role.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, marketing, product development, and digital teams, bringing fresh cultural, design, and colour trend research into the studio.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Industry Experience: Around 4+ years of design experience within a fashion retail, jewellery, beauty, or visually led consumer brand environment.
  • Core Technical Expertise: Advanced working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a primary focus on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Dual-Format Capability: A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design fundamentals, typography, and layout across both print and digital touchpoints.
  • Creative & Commercial Balance: Ability to design within an established brand framework while bringing fresh perspectives, balanced with strong project management and asset-handling skills.
  • Articulate Communication: Confidence in explaining design rationale and creative thinking to both creative peers and wider business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working within an in-house brand team or fast-paced creative studio.
  • Working knowledge of Figma alongside workflow platforms such as Asana or Trello.
  • Practical interest or foundational skills in video editing, motion design, or AI content tools.
