The team is open to hiring at Assistant, Junior or Midweight Designer level, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, commercially driven fashion business.

The Role

The Designer will play a key role in taking products from initial concept through to final production, balancing creativity with strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities will include

  • Researching fashion, consumer and cultural trends to develop commercially relevant product.
  • Identifying opportunities through competitor analysis and market research.
  • Designing across multiple product categories with a focus on trend, quality and commerciality.
  • Creating detailed CADs, technical packs and development documentation.
  • Working closely with Garment Technologists during fittings to refine fit, construction and overall product quality.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on graphics, branding and jersey developments where required.
  • Researching and sourcing fabrics, trims and finishes that align with the brand's premium positioning.
  • Supporting range planning and seasonal collection development.
  • Monitoring sales performance and customer feedback to inform future product decisions.
  • Managing products through the full development lifecycle, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and supporting product development with overseas factories where required.
  • Working collaboratively across Design, Buying, Product Development and Garment Technology to deliver best-in‑class collections.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, excellent technical skills and a proactive approach to design.

They will ideally have

Previous experience within a fashion design role (Assistant, Junior or Midweight level).

Strong CAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Experience creating technical packs and managing product development.

A solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics and fit.

Strong awareness of trends and the premium high‑street market.

Excellent organisation and communication skills.

A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for product.
