As the new Head of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation, you won't be managing passive brand awareness; you will be building a high-velocity demand engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Multi-Channel Demand Gen: Architect and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels, ABM, events, and webinars to generate qualified leads and high-value pipeline.
- Maximise the Microsoft Ecosystem: Partner closely with the Microsoft Alliance Manager to align campaign strategies with Microsoft co-sell motions, funding opportunities, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Unlock Customer Base Value: Design tailored cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns targeting 1,200+ existing customers, replacing generic newsletters with high-impact, outcome-focused communication.
- Refine Proposition & Positioning: Translate complex services—including Cyber Security, Managed Services, Data & AI, and Cloud—into compelling business narratives and sales enablement assets.
- Optimise Marketing Operations: Partner with Sales and RevOps to build precise funnel tracking, sharpen attribution, clean CRM data, and report on campaign ROI directly to senior leadership.
- Lead and Coach: Manage, inspire, and grow the internal marketing team, establishing clear performance measures while fostering a culture of practical AI adoption to improve productivity.
Required Skills & Experience
- B2B Demand Generation Expertise: A proven track record of designing, executing, and measuring high-impact B2B demand generation programmes within an IT services, cloud, MSP, SaaS, or telecoms environment.
- Microsoft Partner Ecosystem Alignment: Hands-on experience navigating the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Growth Marketing & Campaign Strategy: Expert-level capability in planning full-funnel campaign journeys that convert interest into qualified sales opportunities.
- Commercial Alignment: Experience working hand-in-hand with sales directors, account managers, and SDR teams to ensure tight lead handoff and conversion discipline.
- AI & Tech Literacy: A strong understanding of how to market cutting-edge technical propositions (like Azure, Power Platform, or Copilot) alongside the practical ability to use AI tools to accelerate marketing operations.
