My client is a well-known beauty brand, looking for a Studio & Content Manager to join the team. You will oversee the daily operations of the Creative Studio and lead a team responsible for creating compelling content, managing the production process and ensuring that all campaigns and projects are delivered on time. This role requires project management skills and leadership abilities to guide our team of Producers, Photographers, Nail Technicians, Copywriters and Designers. Working closely with the Head of Creative to ensure Creative Projects adhere to the vision and production of the Creative Director and the business's requirements. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract. Hybrid – 3 days per week in the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of creative projects using Monday.com to assign workflow.
  • Work with teams within the business to align on projects and briefs that are needed.
  • Identify risks and highlight any changes to project workflow.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process ensuring content is being created that meets the campaign and project requirements.
  • Manage all requests and brief freelancers and agencies correctly.
  • Manage studio resources, including personnel, equipment and budgets.
  • Demonstrate successful traffic, studio, or resource management within a creative or design environment.
  • Be competent with Monday.com for workflow management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve studio processes, workflows and tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to effectively distribute work to the wider Creative Team.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software, ideally Monday.com or similar.
  • Proficiency with DAM systems and training teams on how to use them correctly.
  • Natural problem solver, focused, self‐motivated and forward thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively to help deliver projects to deadline.
  • Calm within a busy environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt, multi‐task effectively, juggle numerous projects and switch planning where required due to the reactive nature of the business.
