Senior Event Producer in London

Profiles Creative are hiring a Producer/Senior Events Producer for a boutique events agency covering both B2C & B2B sectors. We're looking for Events Producers that manage the client, deliver the work and pull together cross functional teams. Our client works with Blue chip brands and SMEs, delivering activations across sport, FMCG, tech, culture, fashion and beyond - there are no limits! We're seeking a producer confident enough to hit the ground running in a boutique collaborative team, as part of a growing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Event Management: Oversee the entire event lifecycle from initial creative ideation and technical design through to on-site build, live execution, and post-event debriefs.
• Budgetary Ownership: Manage complex, multi-layered event budgets exceeding six figures, ensuring maximum production value, rigorous cost control, and healthy profitability margins.
• Supplier & Vendor Relations: Source, negotiate with, and manage external specialists, technical crews, fabrication partners, and venues, fostering collaborative relationships that guarantee flawless execution.
• Client Leadership: Act as the primary production lead for high-profile clients, translating their strategic brand objectives into spectacular live experiences while managing expectations and timelines seamlessly.
• On-Site Directing: Lead on-site teams, show callers, and technicians during build-up and live show days, maintaining a calm, decisive presence under high-pressure conditions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Track Record: Experience delivering high-end corporate, experiential, or consumer events within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Financial Acumen: Exceptional budget management skills with a sharp eye for detail and a commercial mindset regarding supplier procurement and scope changes.
• Inspirational Leadership: Natural ability to lead, motivate, and direct multidisciplinary teams of creatives, production managers, and external contractors under tight deadlines.
• Stellar Communication: Highly articulate presenter and negotiator, capable of building instant trust with C-suite stakeholders and creative partners alike.

This role will suit an experienced events producer, ideally with an agency background. You'll have experience with B2C, B2B or both sectors of client, delivering budgets up to £500k+.
