Profiles Creative are recruiting for a renowned Brand Strategy & Design Agency! For over 20 years, they have helped clients such as Adidas, Burberry, and Levi's define their brand vision. Their work is award-winning and highly admired within the Brand Design & Strategy industry. After enjoying a period of strong performance and growth, they are excited to now hire a Senior Account Executive to join their Client Services team. This is an opportunity to directly work with clients that include both globally recognised brands and exciting start-ups.
The Senior Account Executive will report to the Client Director and lead the day-to-day management of a number of exciting Brand Design & Strategy client projects.
Responsibilities- Client liaison and servicing
- Project management, including internal and external stakeholders, budgeting, timings, studio trafficking, diary management, timesheets, and travel bookings
- Collaborating with designers and strategists to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality work
- Overseeing final deliverables on projects
- Managing and assisting in the creation and delivery of client presentations
- Strategic research of clients and maintaining a keen eye for new business opportunities
- Strong relationship management skills
- Interest and passion for the agency specialisms, including Brand Vision, Design, and Activation
- Experience working on multiple accounts/stakeholders
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines
- Understanding of the creative process from initial brief through to asset delivery
- Agency background in Branding, Advertising, PR, or Digital Marketing
- Experience working in Client Services, Project, or Account Management functions
