Profiles Creative are hiring exclusively for an influencer-first agency seeking an experienced Account Director/Senior Account Director to lead on a couple of major beauty brands as part of a strong client portfolio in this space. This is an important hire as part of an impressive phase of growth within the agency.

We are looking for experienced Account Directors and Senior Account Directors with influencer marketing experience, managing PNL, account strategy, pitching and people managing a team of account managers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead responses to client briefs, coordinating account teams to deliver bold, insight-driven creative that meets campaign objectives.
  • Develop clear, compelling proposals and pitch decks that bring strategy and creative ideas to life.
  • Build strong client relationships, deeply understanding their business goals and translating them into effective influencer and content strategies.
  • Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping a close eye on progress, risks, and solutions.
  • Act as the main client contact, providing confident guidance, expert recommendations, and regular updates.
  • Present clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders in pitches, kick-offs, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Support new business efforts as a key account management voice within pitch teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional activity and account growth through forward-thinking ideas.
  • Grow and nurture accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset, unlocking long-term value for clients.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their development into well-rounded marketers.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in a client-servicing or brand role, working with high-profile clients.
  • Strong passion for influencer and social media marketing, ideally with agency experience.
  • Proven ability to upsell ideas and confidently present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisation, with experience managing multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments.
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust internally and externally.
  • Experience collaborating across agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong delegation and prioritisation skills in dynamic workloads.
  • Demonstrated leadership on large client accounts across accounts, planning, and strategy.
  • Proven line management experience, with a track record of developing junior talent.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced global business director with extensive experience in the beauty/influencer space and at this particular agency. We are considering both Account Directors and Senior Account Directors for separate roles.
