I am working with a leading global luxury & retail brand experience agency that’s looking to build their creative team with a talented Senior 3D Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing studio that creates immersive luxury retail brand experiences, from custom exhibition booths and event environments to large-scale live activations. We’re looking for creative, detail-focused designers with strong spatial awareness and a passion for bringing ideas to life — people who can balance creativity, functionality, and technical precision to deliver stand-out brand experiences.
East London Studio - Hybrid
Up to £55k
The Role
- Design and develop 3D pop ups, windows, permanent retail & event spaces, and branded activation environments from concept through to delivery.
- Produce high-quality 3D visuals, renders, and presentations for pitches and client reviews.
- Translate client briefs and brand objectives into impactful, engaging spatial experiences.
- Collaborate with project managers, producers, and build partners to ensure creative accuracy and technical feasibility.
- Create technical drawings, floor plans, and build packs for production and installation.
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative design approaches across live events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Stay up to date with materials, finishes, and sustainable design trends in booth and event production.
The Person
- Ideally at least 5+ years of 3D design experience in a creative agency or luxury/fashion brand, with experience in a retail design and/or architecture team.
- Ability to realise design intent with expert 3D modelling and rendering skills in Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, and the full Adobe Creative Suite (C4D and Blender are also supported).
- A creatively diverse individual who enjoys cross-discipline collaboration, explores concepts with innovative design thinking, and demonstrates highly conceptual storytelling.
- You have an expert understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, tone of voice, and brand positioning.
- Proven confidence in delivering large-scale projects within a retail experiential environment on time and to budget, with a strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and assembly processes (particularly within a luxury setting).
- A highly motivated individual who works in an agile way, with strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload, and the capability to manage multiple projects.
