Recruitment Consultant - £Flexible Base DOE - Uncapped earning Potential
We’re a mid-sized agency with a fun, dynamic and diverse team.
We’ve been around for over 20 years so have a huge amount of legacy business with incredible brands and agencies but we’re still nimble and agile and enjoy people who bring entrepreneurial flair to work with them.
Everyone here is focused on being as successful as they can be, we all want to make great money but also want to enjoy ourselves doing it.
Our comms structures are written to be super generous and we all expect to have a great work life balance and have a blended home and office working model to make sure we do!
In terms of progression – we promote from within wherever we can and our team of Directors have all grown through the ranks of the business.
If you would like to grow a team this opportunity lends itself to that but similarly if you would like to be a lead big biller we can very happily support that too.
The role is a juicy one – and we now need an exceptional person to take a lead consultant role over our Creative, Social & Content business.
The territory has other desks feeding roles into it.
It will still need new business development, you will still need to be fast and assertive, healthily competitive and definitely hungry to really make the most of the opportunity.
The successful person will definitely have proven experience as a freelance / temp recruiter and it would of course be ideal, but not essential, that someone has experience in our space.
It will be placing all types of creative people into freelance roles within brands and agencies across FMCG, Food & Drink.
You do need to have solid, proven recruitment experience though, have deft control skills and prefer dealing with line managers when recruiting.
The market is busy and moves fast – you should be happiest spinning lots of plates!
