Renowned for their approach to growing inclusive cultures, brands and communities – we are recruiting an Inclusion Director to join their Partnerships team on a hybrid basis! They partner with some of the world’s leading brands (PepsiCo, Mars & McDonald’s etc) to build a new ROI: return on inclusion. Our client delivers DE&I Strategy and Projects that transforms workplace cultures to unlock the potential for innovation, creativity and better customer experiences. This is a consultancy that truly challenges the status quo and creates change across all sectors.

The Inclusion Director is a key figure within the consultancy, leading high‑profile relationships with ambitious businesses across different sectors. Your growing great client relationships is complemented by demonstrable interest in the responsible marketing and/or inclusive marketing space. Working alongside a talented and passionate team and line‑managing a team of consultants, your natural gravitas / commerciality will drive profitability and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders. It’s likely you have gained valuable Agency experience in Senior Client Services position (e.g., Account Director) and are now ready to step up, in a new environment.

Requirements:

  • Anticipates client needs that will both improve the project outcomes and expand relationship with the client.
  • Is responsible for owning and growing their accounts – responding to financial targets, and aligning the teams in that objective.
  • Builds, maintains and grows great client relationships, delivering new business and growth opportunities on the accounts.
  • Develops and leads on new business proposals.
  • Prioritises client work and relationships within their portfolio to ensure all deadlines are met and resource or timeline challenges are raised early.
  • Meets regularly with client teams to plan and progress account activity.
  • Is the senior point of contact for the client, for key discussions, escalation and management of expectation.
  • Thrives on interrogating the clients challenges to fully understand requirements and possibilities to shape relevant insights.
  • Leads storytelling and strategic recommendations of work with support of junior team.
  • Engages the client with the insights and narratives that emerge from discovery.
  • Builds relationships with and collaborates with external DEI experts to expand the internal knowledge base in the business and broaden the offering.
  • Coaches other team members and provides them with opportunities to lead research or client presentations as appropriate.
  • Has hands‑on line management experience and enjoys supporting line reports to achieve aligned goals.
