My client is a global B2B brand experience agency. They deliver inspirational and engaging branding, events and exhibitions for major international companies. They build powerful connections and memorable brand experiences using their unique knowledge and application of human-centred design and creativity.
We are looking for a Head of Project Management; a strong leader with a meticulous eye for detail; a fantastic relationship builder who is able to lead and nurture a growing team.
Salary: Up to £75k
Location: Fully onsite – 5 days in Shoreditch studio
The Role:
- Overseeing a team responsible for the production of large global physical/hybrid/digital events through every stage from receiving a brief to delivering the final concept onsite.
- Lead career development for the team, creating career paths and performance reviews.
- Accurately communicate briefs to the internal teams, and consistently provide high-level creative and strategic thinking that drives solutions and inspires other colleagues.
- Coordinate internal resources, bridging the gap between multiple teams when required.
- Have the ability to impact change internally/externally, add value, deal with challenging situations and strengthen partnerships with all stakeholders.
- Review working practices and support with implementing changes/processes on a regular basis to improve our delivery offering.
- You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer ensuring that they are kept fully informed of the progress of the team.
The Person:
- Ideally at least 6 years’ experience delivering large scale exhibitions & live events.
- Experience of managing, developing and nurturing a team.
- Client-facing experience and have the proven ability to interpret needs and provide strategic advice.
- Excellent and confident presentation skills either in person or virtually.
- Exceptional budget management skills.
- Experience with Brand experiences, Technology and/or content development is a plus.
- The ability to problem solve and predict problems with assigned tasks.
