We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to work for one of the most innovative and collaborative resellers of broadcast, production and content creation technology in the UK. We are looking for a hands-on leader to report directly to the Marketing Director, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to craft and execute digital marketing strategies that align with overall vision.

CRM and social media strategy and development is a large focus for this role – managing a recent migration to Hubspot – so experience with this platform is needed for this role. This is a hybrid role (3-4 days in London) offering a basic salary of up to £80,000 plus excellent benefits.

The Role
  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to drive customer engagement, growth and expand market presence while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
  • Set and lead the CRM platform strategy and migration to Hubspot.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to allocate budgets for a variety of channels (Paid and Organic Social, Email, Website).
  • Work closely with Content and Creative to promote a 'digital first' content strategy.
  • Manage a team of Digital and Content Executives.
  • Lead contract negotiations with external suppliers and agencies when needed.
  • Lead the business development team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure that growth strategies align with the company's quality and brand integrity commitment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and all the front-line teams to ensure a seamless cross-functional customer experience.
The Person
  • Extensive experience in a senior B2B or B2C Digital Marketing leadership role from a relevant industry.
  • CRM experience using Hubspot.
  • Social Media strategy and execution experience (Organic and Paid).
  • Ability to strategise across all digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to set and justify budgets for all channels.
  • Confident creating and presenting strategic plans to C-Suite.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance ambitious growth plans with maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A warm, diligent, and driven leader, a people person – known for achieving success through teamwork and collaboration.
