Profiles Creative are working with a leading brand experience agency that’s looking to strengthen its creative team with an experienced Lead 2D Graphic Designer. This role sits at the heart of a growing studio that delivers immersive brand experiences across events, exhibitions, conferences, and live activations. You’ll lead the development of visual identities, graphic systems, and branded assets that bring physical spaces to life — ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across every touchpoint.

The agency’s work blends design, content, and technology to create memorable brand environments. As Lead 2D Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for shaping the graphic language that ties these experiences together, balancing creative excellence with practical application across large-scale, real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of 2D graphics, visual identities, and brand systems for events, exhibitions, and brand environments.
  • Create high-quality graphic layouts and visual assets for use across physical spaces, print, and digital touchpoints.
  • Translate client briefs and brand objectives into clear, engaging, and cohesive graphic concepts.
  • Oversee and maintain visual consistency across all graphic applications, from large-format event graphics to detailed wayfinding and signage.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, producers, designers, and production partners to ensure accurate and effective implementation of graphic work.
  • Produce print-ready artwork and graphic specifications for production and installation.
  • Guide and mentor junior and midweight designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
  • Contribute strategic thinking and creative leadership across live events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Stay up to date with graphic design trends, typography, materials, finishes, and sustainable production methods.
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience in 2D graphic design within events, exhibitions, experiential, or brand environments (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent understanding of brand identity systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing for large-format graphics, wayfinding, signage, and environmental applications.
  • Confident presenting and articulating creative ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of design execution.
  • Solid knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishes.
  • Experience working closely with print suppliers and production teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
