We've teamed up with a leading events agency who specialise in AI, Technology & Cyber Security. Part of a global, award winning Media group, they are looking for a competent and ambitious Event Project Manager to own and manage live, hybrid and virtual corporate events from awards to conferences. Named one of the top 100 places to work, they pride themselves on their quality delivery and innovative approach across worldwide corporate activations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an events-first candidate looking to join a fast paced, dynamic & growing team!

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end B2B & B2C events including live, virtual and hybrid across various locations (global, regional & local)
  • Lead client communication, building and maintaining relationships throughout
  • Ensure all projects meet timeline, schedule and budget requirements
  • Oversee live production including on-site build and signage, as well as coordinating crew, suppliers & speakers
  • Act as a brand advocate for the agency, assisting on onboarding new business, upselling services and developing business relationships
  • Accurately manage budgets and purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues and vendors to meet project requests and negotiate where needed
  • Manage sponsors from onboarding to delivery
  • Oversee post-production process from de-rig to de-brief
  • Work alongside creative and design team to ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Manage ad-hoc requests including award entries, booking travel and accommodation if required

Requirements

  • 5+ years' events management experience within an agency environment
  • Proven track record of working with AI, Tech and/or Cyber events
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality events with a positive mindset
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, attention to detail and time-management focused
  • Entrepreneurial minded and self-starter
  • Experience managing high-end budgets

  • 2 Days Office based, 3 days at home (must be able to commute to either location)
