We are exclusively partnered with a next-generation creative studio operating at the intersection of sport, culture, and technology. The business creates premium visual content across athlete campaigns, branded collaborations, documentary storytelling, social content, and culturally-driven creative for some of the most recognisable names in sport and fashion. They are now building a dedicated AI production division and are looking for a founding Director of AI Production to lead it. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to help shape what AI-led creative production looks like within sport and culture over the next few years — with the backing, access, and commercial platform to do it properly.
The role will own the studio’s AI-generated visual output across campaigns, branded content, social, hype films, speculative creative, and pitch treatments — leading projects from concept development through to final delivery.
The Role
- Leading end-to-end AI video production across the studio
- Building scalable workflows, prompt systems, and production pipelines
- Defining the creative and technical standard for AI-generated output
- Working closely with creative leadership on ideation and execution
- Staying at the forefront of emerging AI video tools and workflows
- Helping shape and scale the future AI production capability of the business
Your Experience
- Strong portfolio of cinematic AI-generated visual work
- Deep hands-on experience with AI video and image tools (Runway, Kling, Luma, Sora etc.)
- Strong creative direction and storytelling instincts
- Strong understanding of sports, fashion, and cultural aesthetics
- Ability to deliver polished, commercially-ready creative work
- Experience within creative agencies, production, motion, VFX, or post-production environments is highly valuable
