We are looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital transformation of our customer engagement and acquisition efforts. This high-impact role will drive the development, implementation, and optimisation of CVP’s digital marketing strategy, with a particular focus on the HubSpot platform, marketing automation, and performance-driven demand generation and customer acquisition.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will oversee the entire digital experience—shaping the end-to-end customer journey, increasing relevant traffic, and continuously improving conversion and retention through data-informed programmes. From campaign execution to analytics and reporting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth in both revenue and customer experience.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a passion for digital innovation and a keen eye for customer experience. We are looking for someone who has managed digital teams, is friendly, driven, organised, and ready to thrive in a buzzing, creative environment within a forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities- Support and implement the digital marketing strategy across all CVP platforms (e.g., CVP.com, landing pages, campaign hubs).
- Own the digital marketing funnel — from awareness through to acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, onsite, paid media) to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Create exclusive promotions, kits, and bundles to generate sales opportunities and enhance conversion rates.
- Manage brand landing pages on the CVP website and optimise for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
- Lead the delivery of digital elements within broader marketing campaigns, coordinating with design and content teams.
- Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and marketing automation processes.
- Build and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, re-engagement, and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop personalised communication strategies using behavioural and transactional data.
- Manage form/lead generation activities, segmentation, landing pages, email journeys, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure CRM campaigns align with business objectives through regular analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Create tailored digital customer journeys to boost engagement, loyalty, satisfaction and LTV (lifetime value).
- Collaborate with sales, support, and creative teams to ensure seamless customer communication across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback; use insights to refine journey mapping and improve digital touchpoints.
- Plan, build, and execute email, SMS, and onsite campaigns across segmented audiences.
- Analyse campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Conduct customer behaviour analysis to identify trends and shape future marketing activity.
- Set up and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Work with in-house teams and partners to manage paid digital activity (PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic).
- Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
- Drive continuous improvement across channels using A/B testing, performance insights, and competitor benchmarking.
- Contribute to the development of data analytics models for campaign attribution and channel success.
- Track and manage digital marketing budgets, Marketing Development Funds (MDF), and cross-charging processes.
- Oversee invoicing, claims, and end-of-project reports; maintain accurate budget tracking and documentation.
- Report on performance metrics and ROI; document key learnings to inform future planning.
- Work closely with the e-commerce, events, brand, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Champion a data-driven, test-and-learn culture within the wider marketing team.
- Manage, track and report on digital marketing channel performance through ROI, attribution, and conversion reporting.
- Brief and manage external digital agencies and freelancers as needed.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing technology and tools, research new trends and attend training and conferences.
- Must-Have Experience: 8+ years in a digital marketing management role, ideally in e-commerce, tech, or B2B sectors.
- Proven experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) and email tools like Mailchimp or Mailjet.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in team leadership, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of digital channels including email, SEO, PPC, social, content marketing, and UX.
- Track record of designing and delivering revenue-driving and engagement-led campaigns.
- Proficient with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot Reports, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with landing page builders, CMS platforms, and wider marketing tech stacks.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with email template customisation.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with project management best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with the content creation, film, or broadcast tech industry.
- Experience in international, multi-currency, or multi-market campaigns.
- Experience using tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, Salesforce, Zapier, or similar.
- A strategic, creative thinker with commercial awareness and a bias for action and results.
- Passionate about digital innovation and emerging marketing trends.
