If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you! My client is a super hot household name known for pushing boundaries. As they embark on an exciting journey to launch a groundbreaking product, I’m seeking a talented and dynamic Design Director to lead their in-house creative team for a 3-month contract. You'll be on site 3 days a week and the salary is £60k pro rata.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and brand objectives
- Lead the design team in conceptualizing and creating visually stunning and cohesive designs for the new product
- Provide creative direction, ensuring all design elements align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent aesthetic
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, while adhering to tight deadlines
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs to meet project requirements
- Mentor and guide Junior Designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Design Director or similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively
