We’re partnering with a leading integrated agency group, specialising in sport, entertainment, and lifestyle across experiential, social, production, and sponsorship activation. With clients like NFL, Chelsea FC, Peloton, Live Nation, and Bupa, they’re on a major growth trajectory and hiring their first New Business Lead to spearhead client acquisition.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end pitch process, shaping strategy and coordinating teams
  • Develop tailored proposals, bids, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver creative, insight-led solutions
  • Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients
  • Track pipeline and forecasts via Pipedrive
  • Support marketing with case studies and thought leadership content

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years’ agency experience in business development (PR, social, experiential, or sponsorship)
  • Proven track record of winning high-value new business
  • Strong network across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors
  • Polished, persuasive communicator confident with pitches and presentations
