We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to work for one of the most innovative and collaborative resellers of production and content creation technology in the UK. We are looking for a hands-on leader to report directly to the Marketing Director, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to craft and execute digital marketing strategies that align with overall vision.
CRM & social media strategy & development is a large focus for this role – managing a migration to Hubspot – so extensive experience with this platform is needed for this role. This is a hybrid role offering a basic salary of up to £80,000 + excellent benefits.
The Role
- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to drive customer engagement, growth and expand market presence while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
- Set and lead the CRM platform strategy and migration to Hubspot.
- Work with the Marketing Director to allocate budgets for a variety of channels (Paid & Organic Social, Email, Website).
- Work closely with Content & Creative to promote a "digital first" content strategy.
- Manage a team of Digital & Content Execs.
- Lead contract negotiations with external suppliers and agencies when needed.
- Lead the business development team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making.
- Ensure that growth strategies align with the company's quality and brand integrity commitment.
- Collaborate with Sales and all the front-line teams to ensure a seamless cross-functional customer experience.
The Person
- Extensive experience in a senior B2B Digital Marketing role from a relevant industry.
- CRM experience using Hubspot.
- Migration PM experience would be great!
- Social Media strategy and execution experience (Organic & Paid).
- Ability to strategize across all digital marketing channels.
- Ability to set and justify budgets for all channels.
- Confident creating and presenting strategic plans to C-Suite.
- A strategic thinker who can balance ambitious growth plans with maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A warm, diligent, and driven leader, a people person - known for achieving success through teamwork and collaboration.
