Profiles Creative are partnering with an award-winning independent experiential agency that specialises in creating impactful brand experiences, live events and immersive environments for a range of globally recognised brands. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a talented Mid-Senior 3D Events & Experiential Designer to join their creative team and help bring ambitious concepts to life across experiential, events and branded environments.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in the world of spatial design, experiential marketing and live events. You'll play a key role in developing creative concepts from initial idea through to final delivery, creating immersive experiences that connect audiences with brands in memorable ways. Working closely with creatives, producers and production teams, you'll be responsible for shaping the visual narrative of projects and translating ideas into engaging 3D environments. The role would suit someone who enjoys both conceptual thinking and hands-on design execution, with a strong understanding of build, materials, styling and experiential storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards and experiential design solutions
  • Create spatial layouts, 3D visuals and detailed design presentations
  • Produce accurate design intent drawings and production documentation
  • Brief and collaborate with fabrication and production partners
  • Translate strategy and creative ideas into engaging physical experiences
  • Support pitches and new business opportunities through high-quality presentation work
  • Collaborate closely with producers, creatives and production teams throughout project delivery
  • Provide support during project installation and live event delivery when required
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, materials and technologies within experiential design

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within experiential, events, exhibitions, brand activations or environmental design
  • Strong 3D design and spatial thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly through visuals, presentations and mood boards
  • Strong understanding of production processes, materials and build considerations
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects within a fast-paced agency environment
