Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years' experience in a creative, design, film, or production studio environment who is confident coordinating projects, managing timelines, supporting client communications, and working closely with designers and artworkers. You'll be working alongside senior Project Managers and studio leads, helping to deliver OOH campaigns, key art, and marketing assets for major film and entertainment clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of key art, OOH, motion, and entertainment marketing projects.
- Assist in building timelines, schedules, and tracking deadlines.
- Keep project admin up to date — including briefs, status reports, trackers, and asset spreadsheets.
- Internal Team Support
- Coordinate designers, artworkers, motion artists, and external suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support resource scheduling and help maintain production calendars.
- Client & Communication Support
- Assist as a point of contact for clients — managing updates, gathering feedback, and preparing documentation.
- Help with client presentations, review decks, and project reports.
- Production & Delivery
- Ensure assets are prepared, formatted, and delivered to spec for print, digital, and OOH use.
- Liaise with external production partners, printers, and studios as required.
- Budget & Administration
- Assist senior PMs with budgeting, estimates, and cost tracking.
- Maintain purchase orders, supplier details, and invoice documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a creative production, client services, or project coordination role — ideally within a design, film marketing, entertainment or creative agency.
- Some experience working on OOH, print, key art, or marketing assets (or strong interest in these areas).
