The Role
You’ll own paid social performance end-to-end, managing daily execution, optimisation and strategy over a 6–9 month period whilst you lead and develop your team. This role is ideal for someone confident managing budgets, people, and projects in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead paid social channels, from daily management to short-term strategy and optimisation
- Manage and inspire a small internal creative team, and oversee external agencies to align on goals and creative standards
- Collaborate with creators to produce performance-driven assets and expand paid media opportunities
- Analyse data, report on performance, and implement improvements to maximise growth
- Work closely with the wider brand and marketing teams to ensure all creative and growth opportunities are maximised
About You
- A creative thinker with a performance mindset, able to connect storytelling with data
- Highly numerate with a strong analytical understanding of performance drivers
- Experienced managing people and agencies in a performance-focused environment
- Curious, experimental and driven by continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments where impact matters more than process
- Experience in DTC or fast-moving consumer brands is desirable but not essential
